    I often feel myself lagging during training so I was just wondering what sort of foods people eat before they train and at what time. Pasta and chicken are my usual choice of pre-training meal, what does everyone else eat ?



    Lighter meals are usually the way you go, or eat your main meal at lunchtime. Avoid eating right before you train – I usually eat a couple of hours before at least.



    I currently eat McDonalds (Big Mac Meal) for lunch and top up with a sandwich and a Mars Bar before training
